8. Data Backup and Retention
While BOTLENECK takes reasonable precautions to preserve your data, it is your responsibility to maintain backup copies. We are not liable for data loss resulting from outages, user error, or technical failures.
9. Termination of Service
BOTLENECK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, abuse, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BOTLENECK does not warrant:
That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
That data will be completely secure from cyber threats
That the Service will meet all your expectations
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BOTLENECK AUTOMATION LLC, its officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
